What fun we had at the Winemakers Dinner April 25 featuring Stratus Wines. J-L Groux, the winemaker, was interesting and most entertaining with his introductions to the wine pairings. The six course dinner was tastefully prepared by Michael Sterpin, Chef de Cuisine and his staff. Proceeds from the Silent Auction netted $785 for the Arthritis Society. Thank you to all who supported our cause. Mr Groux was a great Ambassador for Stratus Wines.

ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful evening. The gathering of such a diverse group of people and the creativity from the kitchen and service staff has left me wanting more... Cannot forget to mention the incredible Stratus wines and it's equally interesting and passionate wine maker.
Such a delightful way to spend a weekend. Recommended to all the next time Elmhirst is hosting and event like this. Great way to experience their personal passion for Ontario wines and the resort.
I will be coming back soon for a girl's getaway!
