To celebrate the Tour de France I have been watching for cyclists on the trails....it was great to have a group of adventurous guys from the city cycle up to the Resort on Friday, returning today, via the waterfront trail on Lake Ontario. It's quite a ride - lucky we had a spa for massages to ease some of the numb-bum. Please let me know you got home safely.
