Today in Vancouver, everyone was out enjoying the spring-like weather and the cultural events. Walking around Granville Island we were bombarded with entertainment and food options from Swiss House, Atlantic House, the Francophone Adrenaline Cafe and the usual market fare. One of the acts we heard was from this hanging drum corps (performing in the air).

It was a glorious day to drive up the "Sea to Sky" Highway to Whistler for the day. The views were magnificent.
Whistler was alive with live entertainment, crowds of people from every country, non-Olympic skiers and Olympic teams. We were in the crowd watching the moguls competition when Canada won gold. What a day!
