It was single malt scotch tasting night at the Kloosterman's - the second in a series of tastings designed to choose a favourite - or not! It's serious business but the guys seem to be enjoying the task. Several single malt scotch selections are available in the Wild Blue Yonder.

The malts we were fortunate enough to taste last night were all from the Scottish island of Islay. In order of tasting: #1 Dun Bheagan; #2 Bruichladdich; #3 Caol Isla; and #4 McClellands. What would we do without the 'uisge beatha' (Scottish Gaelic for whisky -- and remember REAL whisky has no "e" -- only the imitations!
